It is positioned as a company with active interests in the MINE SUPPLY ,Building Construction and Projects to leverage on the rapid growth associated with these sectors. The main purpose of SHABATECH HOLDINGS is to create a service oriented entity through innovation and strategic alliances. To achieve this, the company targets exploring opportunities that are sustainable and ensures some level of penetration to specic markets. The shareholders employ the strategy of active shareholder activism in that all shareholders are actively involved in the identification of opportunities which are then turned into tangible projects. The members have the requisite skills and interest to ensure that the objectives of growing the business are achieved. In the process the shareholders' skills are utilized in the creation and attainment of shareholder value. To achieve its mission and vision, SHABATECH HOLDINGS aims to engage within both the Public and Private sectors. This will be achieved through consortia and alliances, which has the potential of increasing the products and services scope thereby increasing shareholder value.
